NATRUTH 12-Pack Hanging Dehumidifier Bags with Lavender Scent
Product description
What you get: a 12-pack of single-use hanging dehumidifier bags, each prefilled with 9.15 oz of globular calcium chloride desiccant. Every unit includes a hook for hanging and a clear plastic water collection chamber so you can see accumulation at a glance.
Materials and design: the inner granules are calcium chloride; the outer pouch is made from a one-way moisture-permeable paper that lets humidity in but helps prevent leakage. A strong plastic hook is attached for easy suspension from rods, rails, or hooks.
Where to use them: intended for confined or semi-enclosed areas such as wardrobes, closets, bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, RVs, boats, basements and sheds. To use, remove any outer packaging and hang the bag in the area you want to dry; the beads attract moisture and the resulting solution collects in the transparent reservoir.
How they work: the calcium chloride absorbs water vapor and gradually dissolves into a brine that drains into the lower collection chamber. The translucent reservoir shows progress so you can replace the unit when it fills.
Safety and disposal: the physical dehumidification process requires no electricity and is free of fans or pumps. When a bag reaches capacity the solution can be emptied into a sink following local disposal guidelines and the plastic sleeve recycled where facilities permit. The packets themselves are single-use and should be discarded once spent.
Support and warranty: the product comes with a 1-year, no-questions-asked warranty. If you need help or have a defect, contact the manufacturer’s customer service for assistance around the clock.

VerdictThese hanging moisture absorber bags deliver reliable humidity control for small to medium enclosed spaces. The clear reservoir and sturdy hooks make placement and monitoring simple. In practice they soak up a lot of water and help reduce musty smells, though a few customers reported damaged or stained packets on arrival and some found the lavender scent very faint. Works well but a few arrived damaged and unscented
They worked as intended, but several bags came with brownish stains and one was punctured. The lavender aroma was barely noticeable.

Recommended for bulk use
Solid performance comparable to brand-name versions for much less money. Light, pleasant scent — not chemical. We use several on our houseboat and swap them every two weeks, so buying in bulk helps.

Works very well
Performs as expected, similar to other brands I’ve tried.

Too effective for my setup
They filled up quickly even though my A/C dehumidifies; the reservoir was full within weeks and there’s no way to empty and reuse, so usable granules got discarded. Easy to hang though.

Effective in closets
I placed one in each closet and the water reservoirs filled quickly. After about a week there were no signs of damp on floors or walls — good for small spaces.
