The measuring cups are clear and graduated so you can deliver a consistent dose (about 20 ml recommended per calibration) and easily see the solution color during the process. Calibration example for EZTOCH pH meters: immerse the probe in the pH 7.00 bottle, press and hold the CAL button for approximately five seconds, then release and wait for the display to indicate 7.0 flashing three times; that completes the neutral-point calibration. The same routine applies for the pH 4.00 and pH 10.01 bottles when performing multi-point calibrations. Consult your meter’s manual for brand-specific sequences.
These buffers are ready to use out of the cap—no dissolving or mixing required—so maintenance is quicker and cleaner. After opening, the solution can be reused if bottles are resealed and stored at cooler temperatures; shelf life is indicated as two years. To avoid contamination, do not pour used buffer back into the original bottles. The solutions are not ingestible and should be kept away from children.
