VESSEL e-ASSIST MINI Electric Ratchet Wrench (US Model)
Product description
This is the USA official VESSEL e-ASSIST MINI ratchet wrench, manufactured in Japan for the U.S. market by VESSEL TOOLS USA. It pairs a compact body with a fine 60-tooth gear ratchet for tight swing clearance and accurate positioning during use.
Performance specs include a no-load speed of 400 RPM and an electric output torque of 8.85 lbf·in. For manual operation the tool provides up to 531 lbf·in (44 ft·lb) of torque. The unit is designed for light-to-moderate fastening tasks where repeatable, controlled turns matter more than brute force.
The kit ships with a 1/4" socket adapter and a 3/8" socket adapter, two extension bars, and a universal joint adapter to reach awkward angles. The construction combines a precision ratchet mechanism and a reinforced housing for durability, and recharging is handled through a USB Type-C port for convenient top-up between jobs.
Pros
- Compact with fine 60-tooth swing
- Includes socket adapters and extensions
- USB-C charging for easy recharges
Cons
- Very low electric torque for stubborn fasteners
- Not intended for heavy automotive loosening
- Somewhat heavier than a basic hand driver
VerdictA lightweight, precision-focused electric ratchet suited to repeated fastening and fast removal in confined spaces. It won’t break loose heavily seized fasteners, but its 60-tooth gearing, steady 400 RPM no-load speed and compact form make it ideal for assembly work, maintenance, and jobs where controlled, repeatable turning is required. The included adapters and extensions broaden its usefulness,

Torque muy bajo
Tiene un torque muy bajo, sólo recomendable para pernos que no opongan resistencia.

Perfect for repetitive housing work
This is exactly what I needed for my line work. I usually use a larger cordless for power, but newer housings require careful torque control. This unit lets me start a bolt by hand, then give it a quick powered half-turn to remove or seat it consistently. After a week of heavy use it still hadn’t needed recharging; it’s taken moisture, dirt, drops and knock-about with no problems. It won’t deliver high torque — you still hand-tighten final threads — but it prevents cross-threading by stopping when resistance is felt.

No torque — fails on tight screws
This unit didn’t work for me. It has nearly no torque and only removes hardware that’s already almost loose by hand. Worthless for stubborn fasteners.

Saves time but a bit costly
Excellent tool that speeds work, but I found it a bit on the costly side.

Handy for home or shop
I really like it. A very useful tool to have around the house or in a workshop.

Forward/reverse electric ratchet for tight spaces
Compared to the other color variant, this model differs mainly in battery setup and kit contents; it works the same in use. Don’t expect it to break stubborn nuts loose, but it accepts common bits and excels in cramped spots where a conventional ratchet won’t fit. Speed is sufficient to unbolt small fasteners and it feels like reliable Japanese manufacture.

Solid build, slightly heavy
Performs well and feels well made, though it’s heavier than I expected. Ideal for removing guarding in hard-to-reach machine areas.

Extremely low torque — be warned
I bought it knowing torque was low, but it’s extremely weak. It couldn't remove the bolt holding my car battery. Aside from that limitation it’s a solid product and Vessel’s screwdriver bits are excellent.
