CALLIXE TheraPillow 3-in-1 Neck Massager Pillow with Heat & Traction
Product description
What’s included and how it’s packaged – The TheraPillow comes with the pillow itself, a USB-C charging cable, a soft carry bag and a quick-start manual. The set is travel-ready and the bag keeps the unit protected when you’re on the go.
Construction and materials – The core uses contouring memory foam layered with a plush, velour-like outer cover and breathable mesh panels at the contact points. The shell is soft against the skin and designed to sit comfortably under the neck and shoulders while you recline.
Size and fit – The pillow is built to fit most adults, measuring approximately 14 x 10 x 5 inches so it tucks easily into a bag or suitcase. Its ergonomic profile lifts the head at a controlled 26° angle to encourage a gentler cervical curve when in use.
Therapeutic features – This model combines three functions: light cervical traction to help counter forward-head posture, steady heat maintained roughly in the 40–50°C range for muscle relaxation, and multiple vibration patterns (pulse, pumping cycles, and continuous modes) to address stiffness and knots.
Power and safety – The unit charges via USB-C and reaches a full charge in about 90 minutes; it runs cordless for convenience. Built-in temperature regulation and an automatic shutoff protect against overheating during typical session lengths.

VerdictThe CALLIXE TheraPillow packs traction, warmth, and vibration into a single, portable neck pillow that many users find soothing for daily stiffness and screen-related strain. Build quality and the soft cover rate well, though some users report the traction l

Headaches vanished after weeks of use
I had frequent headaches for years and, after using this pillow a couple of weeks, they stopped. This is the most effective product I’ve tried so far for that problem.

Not strong enough; returned
The massage felt more like light buzzing and the traction didn’t lift enough for me. I expected it to outperform a cheaper alternative but it didn’t, so I sent it back. Very disappointed.

Three useful features that became routine
I wasn’t sure at first, but the trio of stretch, heat and vibration has become my daily wind-down. The heat melts tension, the gentle stretch helps my neck relax, and a 15-minute session leaves me refreshed.

Real relief for nightly neck pain
This has become part of my evening routine. The auto cycles and manual modes are handy, the memory foam is comfortable, and it has reduced my neck pain after a few weeks. I’d recommend it for persistent end-of-day stiffness.

Great between chiropractic appointments
My partner is a chiropractor, so I know the value of hands-on care, but between visits this pillow really helps. The heat actually loosens my traps before the vibration kicks in, and the traction eases the forward posture from long laptop sessions. It’s soft and comfortable; I still get adjusted professionally, but this is a nice at-home aid.

Love the soft fabric and simple controls
The fabric is luxuriously smooth and the pillow is straightforward to operate. I favor the heat and manual modes for longer sessions. It arrived with a carry bag, which I appreciate. Vibrations could be a touch stronger, but overall I enjoy using it in bed.

Stopped working after a month; no lasting relief
I used it daily and the features felt pleasant, but after about a month it stopped functioning and the warranty window had passed. While it ran it didn’t produce meaningful improvement for my chronic tension. Durability is the main problem for me.

Decent comfort but traction underwhelms
Quality feels good and the heat is very pleasant, but the vibration is weak and the inflation/traction doesn’t curve my spine like other wave-style supports. I wanted stronger lift and more manual options. It’s relaxing but not a fix for my issues.

Overly strong heat and massage for me
The concept is good but I couldn’t adjust intensity. The heat became too hot for my neck and the massage felt too forceful, leaving me stiffer the next day. I returned it—might suit someone with a thicker, more muscular neck.
