BCAN BT2 Foldable Rebounder Trampoline — Mini Trampoline for Adults
Product description
Upgraded frame and reinforced fittings
The BCAN BT2 rebounder uses thick 32 mm alloy tubing and legs with 10-turn threaded reinforcements to reduce wobble and improve longevity. The handlebar interface is strengthened with M-shaped support plates and locking screws at three points to minimize flex. Two size options are offered (about 40" or 48" diameter) and the frame folds for storage.
Bungee suspension and jumping surface
Instead of metal coils, this rebounder uses 8 mm bungee cords with a woven outer sheath wrapped around a natural latex core (350-strand construction) to create a quieter, gentler rebound. The mat is made from durable polypropylene and is stitched with 16 strands of nylon thread for abrasion resistance at the attachment points.
What’s in the box and assembly
Most units ship partially assembled: 11–13 of the bungees arrive already in place so you only need to hook the remaining cords. Basic tools and a small installation tool are included, along with a QR code that links to a step-by-step video. Typical setup time is about ten minutes for one person, though stretching some bungees takes effort and a bit of leverage.
Handlebar adjustability and use
The adjustable handlebar locks into three heights (approximately 2'7" to 3'2") to suit different users and exercises. The design supports dynamic routines, balance work, and gentle cardio, while the low-impact bounce helps protect knees and lower back. The frame is rated to accommodate up to roughly 450 lb for smaller models and 550 lb for larger configurations.
Care and practical notes
The unit folds for compact storage, but the tension of the bungees makes folding less convenient once installed. Regular inspection of stitching and bungee attachment points is recommended. Customer support and replacement options are available if issues arise.
Pros
- Quiet, low-impact bungee suspension
- Sturdy 32mm alloy frame with reinforced fittings
- Adjustable handlebar for stability
Cons
- Bungees require significant force to install
- Occasional quality-control issues reported
- Folding with bungees attached can be awkward
VerdictA solid option for home rebounding: rugged frame tubing and reinforced fittings deliver a stable feel, the bungee system gives quiet, low-impact bounce, and the adjustable handlebar adds confidence for beginners or older users. Assembly is straightforward but needs some grip strength; quality control has occasional hiccups. Overall, it’s a worthwhile choice if you want a compact, durable rebounder

Came slightly bent — hinge pin misalignment
Assembly was otherwise easy following an online video and the materials look sturdy. My unit arrived with a slight bend so one of the locking pins won't line up. The outer ring seems rigid and I didn’t want to force it. For now we’ll keep using it indoors as a winter toy, but if my child grows we may look for a larger-diameter model. It still performs well despite the alignment issue.

Too large for my needs
The diameter felt too big for me. Even accounting for my height and build, a smaller size would have been a better fit.

Good entry-level rebounder with extra mat space
I bought the 48" and it’s been a good fit for a beginner. I was able to drop weight using short, frequent sessions and gradually increased to longer workouts. The included handlebar is a helpful option, though optional to attach. The surface is slick with socks — I recommend grippy footwear or bare feet for traction. Assembly was manageable on my own and the frame seems sturdy and well-made. Good value for trying rebounding at home.

Assembly simpler than I feared, impressive rebound
I was surprised at how straightforward the assembly was. The unit unfolded easily by myself and most cords were already in place. Watching the manufacturer’s video helped with the remaining bungees and the included tool was handy. The handlebar took a bit more patience to align and secure, but it fits well once attached. The bounce is supportive and comfortable — firm enough for exercise without being harsh.

Solid package and few minor fitting quirks
The trampoline arrived quickly and intact with protective packing and spare bungees. Setup was pretty straightforward; one handrail screw was a bit tight threading into the frame. For easier unfolding, remove some pre-installed cords first, and consider fitting the hinge pins from the top to reduce chafing on the bungees. Once set up, the unit felt firm yet offered ample bounce for a 200 lb user. Overall, no missing parts and the included extras were helpful.

Replacement resolved earlier breakage — now holding up
After an initial model where a leg and bar failed under kids’ use, the company offered a replacement and it’s been solid since. The new unit has held up well through regular play and exercise. We disposed of the broken one, but performance on the replacement is much improved. It’s a good size for small homes and easy to store when needed. For families, it’s a useful, durable option so long as you monitor for defects early on.

Very quiet and easy on the joints
Item arrived intact and mostly assembled. Only about eleven of the 32 bungees needed to be hooked, and the small tools included made that easy. It supports heavy users and offers a smooth, quiet rebound that’s gentle on knees. Unfolding the unit takes some muscle because of the hinge tension — be cautious, open fully until it locks. Older users may prefer a second pair of hands when unfolding. Overall, it’s a neat, low-noise exercise option that came with everything required and no missing parts.

Great rebounder and joint-friendly
Very easy to put together and the supplied tools made it straightforward. The bungee bands are gentler on joints than metal springs, and the adjustable handrail suits taller users. Delivery to my country took a long time, but the product itself performs very well.

Stitching failed after several months
After about seven months the green fabric that holds a bungee came apart; the cord pulled free and the rebounder became unusable. I weigh under 100 kg, so this was disappointing. Regularly check the stitching and attachment points — they may wear over time.

Took some effort to assemble but very pleased
This is my first rebounder and after a day of use I’m really enjoying it. It’s compact, light enough to move, and feels well built. Most of the bungees were pre-attached, but stretching the remaining cords required some real grip and leverage — it’s doable alone but you’ll work for it. The mat and bands feel durable and the bounce is fun; I feel safer using it than I expected. Folding it with the cords under tension looks tricky, so I’ll probably leave it set up. If longevity matters, I’d expect the elastic to need replacement down the road, but so far I have no complaints.

Handles my weight with no issues
Delivery was fairly quick for my rural location and I assembled it myself by following the QR code video. The metal frame is sturdy and doesn’t buckle under my weight; the mat provides a lively but not harsh bounce. The extra bungees and tools were appreciated. On wooden floors the frame can shift a bit during use, so a firm surface underneath is recommended. Overall, it met my expectations and stronger construction gives confidence.

Fun cardio starter — take it slowly
I purchased this to see if rebounding would work for me and it’s been enjoyable. It raises my heart rate quickly compared with my treadmill routine and feels gentler because of the bungee setup. I started cautiously because jumping barefoot initially irritated my shins and knees; switching to tennis shoes and shin support helped. After a few weeks I can jump barefoot comfortably. I can’t compare it to other rebounders, but for a softer rebound and beginner-friendly workouts, it’s a solid introduction.
