81" Aluminum Motorcycle Ramp with Walking Steps — 900 lb Vehicle Cap
Product description
Safe solo loading with built-in walking steps: The unit combines a motorcycle track with adjacent anti-slip walking treads so a single rider can walk alongside the bike while guiding it up or down. That dual-zone layout removes the need to balance on narrow rails and reduces the risk during loading and unloading.
Heavy-duty rated construction: Fabricated from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, the ramp is built to handle demanding loads. It is rated to carry up to 900 pounds for the vehicle track while the walking side is rated to support up to 400 pounds for the operator. The robust build yields professional-level stability for motorcycles, dirt bikes and heavier e-bikes.
All-weather traction: Wide industrial traction steps are formed into the walking surface to provide secure footing in wet or muddy conditions. The aggressive pattern maintains grip for boots and tires alike, making the ramp suitable for garage use, trailheads and outdoor conditions where slip resistance matters.
Length, width and incline: Measuring 81 inches long and 32.5 inches across, the ramp produces a gentler slope that helps prevent undercarriage scraping for ramps used with loading heights roughly between 24 and 35 inches. The wider profile delivers the steadiness of a dual-rail setup while remaining a single-piece, portable solution for pickup beds and utility trailers.
Compact folding and accessories: The bi-fold design collapses flat for compact transport and handling, and the unit includes a molded carrying handle for easier movement. Two heavy-duty safety straps are supplied to secure the ramp and reduce the chance of kick-out during use. Ideal for weekend riders who need a dependable, packable loading option.
Pros
- Dedicated walking steps for solo loading
- Aircraft-grade aluminum with a 900/400 lb split rating
- Bi-fold design with carrying handle and two safety straps
Cons
- Requires roughly 80+ inch bed length to sit flat with tailgate closed
- May be heavier than ultra-lightboard ramps
- Top-edge engagement may need an adapter on some carriers
VerdictThis 81" aircraft-grade aluminum ramp offers a safer solo loading method thanks to a dedicated bike channel plus walking steps. It’s sturdy, weather-ready, and compact when folded. Good choice if you need a stable ramp with a high vehicle load rating and convenient transport features.

Welds felt flexible on steps
Lighter than some alternatives, but the step welds flexed more than I liked while loading. I’m skeptical of the rating for heavier bikes; spending more on a stiffer option might be worthwhile.

Much safer than a plank
Solid ramp — far safer than using a board or narrow single-rail. The walking steps make solo loading much easier.

Perfect for heavy trucks
I tried several narrow ramps before and never felt safe loading my dirt bikes into my heavy-duty truck. This 81" ramp changed that — I felt comfortable on the first unload. It’s pricier than cheap boards but light for its build and rock-solid. Note: needs a bed about 80+ inches to sit flush with the tailgate.

Folds easily for transport
Nice weight and folds compactly. Carries and stows without fuss and handles well on trips.

Great for e-bikes
Works perfectly for loading e-bikes into the back of my truck. Folds down neatly and tucks away — I recommend it for anyone who struggles to lift bikes.

May need a top-edge adapter
I’d bought a shorter 72" model from another maker before this. I’m 65 and follow my 370 lb KTM up to a carrier; this ramp has 90° claws at the top that need a lip or ridge to bite into. My carrier lacks that, so I’ll add a small bracket to prevent slippage.

Simple setup, one question
Assembly was straightforward and quick. Only thing I haven’t figured out is the intended use of one of the straps that shipped with it.
