Product description
Model: SAJLP-12x4x50 — a 12-channel low-profile circuit board snake rated at 50 feet.
Sends: twelve XLR male outputs. Returns: four 1/4" TRS inputs for monitor or return channels.
Stage box measures 10.75" L x 5.5" W x 2.75" D, designed to minimize stage footprint while providing a solid connection point and easy transport.
The snake uses an internal circuit board within the stage box and each channel pair is individually shielded. Conductors are 25-gauge heavy-duty wire intended for regular live and studio use.
The package includes the low-profile 12-channel cable with an integrated stage box and a labeled fantail. The stage box and fantail are numerically marked, and the fanout is color coded and also numbered for quick channel ID.
Construction features a heavy-duty steel stage box with an integrated handle and strong strain relief at both the stage box and the cable end to protect terminations during setup and teardown.
Intended uses: live sound, front-of-house to backline runs, studio patching, PA systems and DJ or production setups where a compact, labeled multi-channel cable is needed.

Defective, caused amp failure
I hooked it to my Peavey amp; speakers were fine until I plugged in mics and the amp died. Costly failure.

Made setup easier
Exactly what I needed for my gig. Length is ample, box feels tough and connections are secure.

Shielding problems found
I inspected a lead and found the braid tied to the shell but conductors not wrapped as shielded pairs. I returned it.

Works as advertised. Phantom power introduces hiss, so condensers aren't usable.
