Suspension Trainer Kit — Straps, Door Anchor, Extension Arms & Foot Cradles
Product description
Advanced training capability: The suspension system is engineered to support a full range of bodyweight exercises for beginners and experienced users alike. It lets you perform rows, presses, pikes, lunges, planks and single-leg moves by varying your body angle and anchor point.
What’s included: The kit ships with two adjustable main straps, detachable hand grips, advanced foot cradles, a door anchor and extension arms, plus a compact carry case for storage and travel. The attachments are removable so you can swap handles for foot loops or add other accessories.
Materials and hardware: Straps are made from high-grade webbing with double-stitched seams and reinforced tie-offs. Metal components include anodized cambuckles and heavy-duty carabiners to ensure secure connections and smooth length adjustments.
Sizing and adjustability: The straps are long and easily shortened or lengthened through the cambuckles to fit a variety of installation points — door frames, pull-up bars, power racks, beams or tree branches. The separate-strap layout supports vertical alignment at twin anchor points, while still allowing single-anchor setup when needed.
Portability and use: Lightweight enough to pack in the supplied bag, the system is intended for home use, travel, park workouts or outdoor sessions. Installation options include a door anchor for quick setup or a fixed wall/ceiling mount for a permanent rig.
Design notes: The split-strap design improves ergonomics over many V-style single-strap trainers, and the robust construction aims to provide long-term reliability under frequent training.

Very well made
I own several suspension systems and this one ranks up there. The build quality is strong, the materials feel reliable and the training options are broad. It’s compact for travel so you don’t have to skip workouts while away.

Useful for quick door pull-ups
I use these anchored at my front door for pull-ups. Works perfectly.

Sturdy kit with confident adjustments
Feels robust and I don’t expect the brand-name straps to outperform it. The adjusters lock firmly with no slipping, so I’m not worried about sudden length changes. I like the separate straps and the stirrups — both attachments are comfortable. D-ring failure seems unlikely unless loaded sideways or excessively. Straps are longer than I need for my ceilings, which makes it easy to use with a rack or for traveling.

Handy, family-ready home trainer
As a busy parent, this setup gives me quick access to a broad exercise selection without going to the gym. Assembly with the door anchor is simple and the unit supports rows, push variations, planks, lunges and core drills. Straps adjust smoothly and the anchor has stayed put during my sessions.

Heavy-duty feel without the premium fee
Extremely impressed with the build. Webbing, stitching and hardware feel like they belong on a much more expensive set. Straps adjust smoothly, anchors feel secure and the materials look military-grade. A reliable option for those wanting rugged construction without a steep markup.

Solid construction that earned my confidence
I was cautious after a previous luxury set failed mid-session, but this trainer quickly proved dependable. The webbing and seams feel bulletproof and the metal connectors look high quality. I train a few times weekly with it and haven’t seen any fraying or hardware problems. Great for upper-body work but swaps to the foot cradles are straightforward for lower-body moves.

Top-notch quality
I don’t exercise much; my son uses these for play and climbing. Hung from our spiral stairs, they’ve proven so durable I never worry. After a month of heavy use they still look like new.

Great when you can mount it properly
I bought this for use at a partner’s home but found many doors won’t hold. After a few slips I fitted a wall hook and it worked fantastically. Flexible system but limited by anchor options unless you add a mount.

Great for travel and solid under load
I bought this as a more affordable alternative to a big-name brand and it’s held up well. At 6'2" and ~195 lbs it supports me without complaint. Some reports of bent couplers seem related to improper orientation. Includes a carry bag and QR codes for starter exercises; I also added a wall/ceiling mount for extra security.

Close to higher-end systems in practice
About 15 sessions in over a month with no issues. If you’re new, find TRX-style workouts on video — they translate well. Stitching and hardware seem high quality and adjustment is quick mid-set. The main practical difference is this kit doesn’t have combo hand/foot grips, so you’ll swap attachments if you change modes often. Very portable.

One month in — still impressed
Quality construction and the two separate straps increase versatility. Check the maker’s site for free instruction videos and the seven-day beginner course if you’re new to suspension training.

Very durable but a few design tweaks would help
Overall construction is excellent. My only complaints are: 1) The screw-type locking carabiner is fiddly — a twist-lock or tool-free option would be nicer; 2) The 1½" webbing is overbuilt for some users — 1" webbing often supports heavy loads while being lighter; 3) A second door anchor or a folding spreader bar for single-anchor setups would add versatility.

High-quality straps, simple fixes
As good as or better than many name-brand straps at a fraction of the outlay. The one-star critique seems harsh — removing the screw is straightforward if you don’t need a permanent fixture.
