Signature Design by Ashley 10" Queen Hybrid Mattress — Medium-Firm
Product description
What you get: a queen-size hybrid mattress that arrives compressed in a box for easy setup. The mattress measures 60" W x 79.5" D x 10" H and is intended to fit most standard queen bed frames. A bed foundation or box spring and frame are available separately.
Materials and build: the comfort system features a gel-infused memory foam top and high-density quilt foam layers for a medium-firm feel. Beneath the foams sit individually wrapped innerspring coils—360 power-packed wrapped coils that respond independently to pressure. Two perimeter rows of 9" 13-gauge coils reinforce the edges for improved stability when sitting or sleeping near the mattress sides. The design includes targeted lumbar support to relieve pressure in the midsection.
Care and compatibility: the mattress is compatible with adjustable bases and works on slatted frames as well as traditional platforms. It ships rolled and compressed; after unboxing and unrolling, allow up to 48 hours for the mattress to regain full shape. The foam layers are CertiPUR‑US certified for content and low emissions.
Warranty and certification: the mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty and uses CertiPUR‑US certified foam that has been tested for emissions, content and durability. Foundation or box spring purchases are separate.

Consistently reliable across multiple sizes
I’ve purchased this model in several sizes over time — king, queen, full and twin — and they’ve all been comfortable and well made. Delivery was prompt each time and the mattresses have been dependable. If you want a recognizable, functional option for guest rooms or everyday use, this line has been consistently good for me.

Comfortable after months of use — no sagging yet
We switched to a king and kept this mattress for several months before reviewing. It maintained its shape and supports back, side and stomach sleeping without sagging so far. It expanded within a day or two and there was no noticeable odor. It sits well on our frame with only minor gaps at the edges. Overall very happy with how it has held up.

Solid, restrained give — would like handles
After a month of sleeping on it I’m impressed for what it is. It has a firm core but a slightly plush top layer — there’s no sinking feeling and the edges don’t slump when you sit. It seems like it will last a few years, which suits my needs. My only gripe is the lack of handles; it’s heavy and awkward to move.

Too bouncy and not supportive enough for heavier sleepers
I hoped this mattress would ease neck and shoulder pain, but it felt springy and lacked the deep support I need. The thin memory foam top was pleasant at first, but the overall bounce meant my heavier frame didn’t get the firm support required for my back issues. It may suit lighter sleepers, but I wouldn’t recommend it for people who need firmer, more supportive sleep surfaces.

Fast delivery, no off-gassing, slightly softer than expected
It arrived quickly and I let it rest for about 48–60 hours before putting protection and sheets on. There was no chemical smell at all. The top layer feels cushy and the mattress is comfortable, though on the softer side for my tastes. I bought it for my two young children to use when they visit, and it’s a good fit for that purpose on a slatted frame.

Excellent setup service and great for a child’s bed
I bought this as a replacement for a thin foam mattress in a child’s full bed. Delivery was quick and the team offered setup and removal of the old mattress, which they completed efficiently. The new mattress is much more comfortable and my grandson noticed the difference right away. Very pleased with the purchase and the delivery experience.

Pick the thicker models — 8-inch falls short
I’ve owned the 12" and 10" versions and found them very comfortable, though they’re heavy to manage alone. The 8" model I later bought was noticeably less supportive and felt cheap in comparison. If you can handle the weight of the thicker mattresses, they’re worth it; the 8" is a step down in comfort and durability.

Solved a tight-staircase problem — compact delivery helped
I live in an older home with a very narrow, curved staircase that made moving a full mattress and box spring upstairs impossible. The compressed mattress fit through the tight corners when rolled, so getting a queen into the bedroom was finally doable. I did have to replace my old box spring with a metal frame I could assemble in place. The setup worked well, but plan ahead for a frame if your home has unusual stairs.
