Moleskin Blister Pads for Feet — Promifun 32-Pack (4 Shapes)
Product description
What you get: a pack of 32 individual moleskin pads arranged in four different pre-cut shapes — oval, crescent, strip, and a watch-shaped patch — sized to cover heels, toes, balls of the foot and other friction-prone spots.
Materials and feel: each pad is made from a soft, dense, breathable moleskin fabric backed with a hypoallergenic, latex-free adhesive. The fabric wicks moisture to help keep the skin drier inside shoes while the dense fiber layer provides cushioning and shields scabs or tender areas from further abrasion.
How to use: clean and dry the skin before applying. Peel the backing, press the pad over the hot spot or blister region, and smooth edges to secure. The pads conform to foot contours for a comfortable fit in sneakers, hiking boots, high heels, flats or other footwear. To remove, dampen the edges with water and lift gently to avoid irritation — the adhesive releases cleanly when wet.
Performance notes: the pre-cut shapes eliminate the need for trimming in most cases and are useful for both preventing blisters and protecting existing ones, calluses or raw spots. They stay put through ordinary activity; however, heavy perspiration or oily creams on the skin can weaken adhesion. The low-profile thickness makes them comfortable to wear inside shoes without noticeably altering fit.

Always handy to prevent blisters
Nice assortment of adhesive cushions to protect against repeated rubbing from favorite shoes. Various sizes fit heel, toes and sides. Comfortable and effective for prevention. If you have an open wound, a conventional dressing might be safer, since these pads adhere across their whole surface and can be tricky to remove from raw skin.

Thick, protective patches
Much better than standard plasters — thick and durable, they shield skin from sharp or rough shoe interiors. The patches are larger than expected, so they cover both small and bigger feet. They protected a scabbed area well and, after drying, would re-adhere if sweat loosened them briefly.

Held up during hikes, easy to use
I use moleskin for blister prevention when hiking. The pads are hypoallergenic for me, and the shapes suit heels, toes and pressure points. Application is simple, backing peels off without fuss, and they mostly stayed on all day. One edge frayed on a heel pad but it didn’t roll up and removal left no residue.

Large pack, practical protection
Good quick solution for blisters and pressure spots. The variety of shapes and soft fabric are comfortable and reduce friction. Adhesion is adequate for normal use but can be challenged by heavy sweating. A convenient set for daily prevention and protection.

Multiple sizes for awkward spots
I injure toes and fingers often and these different shapes work for odd angles. They’re thick enough to protect while moving and they adhere well on clean, dry skin. Don’t expect them to stick over lotions or wet skin; they’re meant for protection, not as a regular adhesive bandage replacement.

Travel essential for blister prevention
A small blister can ruin a trip, so I always bring these. The pack has many large pads already cut into common shapes, so no scissors are needed. They’re great for covering hot spots as soon as you feel them and for protecting skin that’s already irritated.
