What you get: a 7/16" diameter, 30-foot recovery rope made from 12-strand ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and two synthetic rope soft shackles approximately 7/16" x 22" in length. The shackles include protective sleeves for the connection points.
Materials and construction: the rope pairs an UHMWPE core — known for very high tensile strength — with a tough polyester outer cover that shields the line from UV exposure, water, chemicals, and abrasion. The 12-strand weave keeps stretch to a minimum while maintaining flexibility for handling.
Performance and handling: rated with a 31,200 lb break strength, the rope is designed for recovering Jeeps, SUVs, trucks and can also function as a winch line extension when anchor points are just out of reach. Its low weight makes it much easier to manage than steel or heavy nylon lines, and the rope’s buoyancy is useful for water recoveries.
