Complete kit contents: a portable vise clamp, a rubber shaft sleeve to protect and stabilize shafts, a hook knife for removing old grips, a tape remover/scraper, a bottle of grip solvent, nitrile gloves, and 15 strips of double-sided grip tape. Replacement grips are not included.
Stable vise setup: the clamp secures the club shaft so you can safely cut, clean, apply tape, and slide on a new grip. The rubber sleeve fits over the shaft to reduce slipping and guard the finish during work.
Grip solvent for installation: the supplied solvent lubricates the inside of a new grip so it slides on smoothly, helping position the grip quickly and ensuring a secure bond once the solvent dries.

Solvent missing
The solvent bottle was absent from my shipment. All other tools arrived and functioned correctly. I reached out to request the missing solvent that should have been included.

Does the job
Easy to set up and holds the shaft firmly while you work. I used to have access to expensive shop machines, but for occasional rebuilding and flipping old sets this kit is more than adequate. It’s great to have all the included accessories rather than hunting for separate tools.

Solid collection of tools
Everything needed to replace grips is in the box apart from a heat gun. The vise performs like a heavier-duty unit, and the scraper and hook knife feel well made. I used compressed air to install grips in my demo and it made the process quicker.

Vise and holder were excellent
The vise and holder were easy to install and operate. My only gripe is the supplied grip tapes felt cheap compared with the other solid components.

Everything needed to regrip
Bought some older clubs with worn grips and decided to try re-gripping. After watching a couple tutorials and using this set, the process was straightforward and actually enjoyable. The kit contained all the tools I needed except the new grips themselves; it takes time but is easy to do and I’ll be redoing more clubs now.
