DOBTIM Self-Adhesive Pipe Insulation Foam Tape — 13 ft Roll
Product description
HIGH PERFORMANCE — Closed-cell foam offers good dimensional recovery and resistance to deformation. The material is engineered to stand up to cold, heat, moisture, oils, smoke and weather exposure while helping limit vapor intrusion and flame spread.
Pros
- Durable closed-cell foam
- Strong peel-and-stick adhesive
- Flexible for curved runs
Cons
- Backing can be tricky to remove
- Limited width for larger pipes
- Not a permanent replacement for heavy-duty insulation
VerdictA durable foam insulation tape that combines a resilient cellular core with a strong adhesive liner. It installs quickly around straight or curved runs, cuts cleanly, and holds up against moisture and temperature changes. Ideal for reducing heat loss and limiting condensation on pipes and other surfaces.

Did the job
Super sticky and wrapped snugly around my pipe. Kept things stable even when indoor temps dropped to around 70°F.

Solved condensation issues
Purchased multiple rolls over time to insulate an RV’s walls and window frames against winter moisture. Sticks reliably and stopped the condensation problems.

Much better than old fiberglass
A solid upgrade over loose fiberglass — easier to install and gives better coverage. Would recommend.

Performs on chilled lines
Used this on a 2-inch chilled water run in a commercial setting and it held up well with no issues.

Good adhesion, minor fuss
Peeling the liner off can be a little fiddly, but that’s the trade-off for strong bonding to pipes and existing insulation. Completed the project.

Handy for weatherstripping
When my garage bottom seal cracked I used this as a repair. It’s thicker than typical weatherstrip, sticky on one side and wide enough to make an effective temporary fix around the door and other spots.
