Baking
7.75-Inch Offset Spatula — Medium Stainless Steel with Wood Handle
Product description
Includes one medium offset spatula designed for baking and plating tasks.
The spatula has a satin-finished stainless steel blade that resists rust and provides a balance of strength and flexibility. The blade measures approximately 6-1/2 inches long and about 1-5/16 inches wide, while the overall tool reaches roughly 7.75 inches, giving precise control when working with frostings and batters.
A smooth wooden handle is riveted to the blade for comfortable handling and confident maneuvering during decorating or plating. The satin finish helps with food release and long-term durability. The manufacturer lists the piece as dishwasher safe for quick cleanup, though many users hand wash wood-handled tools to preserve the handle.
Its offset profile keeps knuckles clear while smoothing cake layers, transferring delicate pieces, or spreading batters, making it suitable for both professional kitchens and home bakers looking for a sturdy, practical spatula.

Comfortable grip, attractive handle
Feels nice in the hand and the walnut-toned handle looks good. Construction and finish are tidy. I avoid putting wood in the dishwasher, so I just rinse and wash it by hand.

Decent, a bit flexible
Performs well overall but the blade is slightly more flexible than I prefer. Still functional and gets the job done.

Handy and well made
I love using this spatula. If you’ve never had an offset spat, you’ll be surprised how useful it is. The wooden handle is a welcome change from plastic, and the blade gives enough flex for smooth frosting without feeling flimsy.

Sticky label required effort to remove
Tool matched the description and the small size was good. The adhesive label left a sticky residue; I used lard to loosen it, wiped, repeated and then cleaned with dish soap the next day. That removed the glue—otherwise I’m satisfied.

Solid, not overly flexible
Blade feels sturdy and has a good width. Not too bendy for my needs.
