1.75mm 95A TPU Flexible Filament — 8 x 200g Color Bundle
Product description
This set contains eight mini spools of flexible TPU filament in 1.75mm diameter, each spool weighing 200g for a total of 1600g. The color assortment includes Black, White, Grey, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, and a Transparent option for see-through prints and light-diffusing parts.
Formulated from industrial rubberized polymers at a Shore hardness of 95A, this filament is engineered for impact resistance and repeated flexing without cracking or permanent deformation. It bonds well between layers to resist delamination under stress and tolerates oils, greases, and mechanical abrasion — suitable for waterproof gaskets, vibration-damping feet, ergonomic handles, RC tires, and protective bumpers.
Manufacturing emphasizes dimensional accuracy with a tolerance around ±0.03mm and automated winding plus manual inspection to limit tangles and feeding interruptions. Each spool is pre-dried, vacuum-sealed, and shipped with a desiccant packet so you can open one color at a time while keeping the rest protected from humidity.
TPU is hygroscopic: for best results after exposure to air, heat-dry spools at about 70°C for roughly seven hours to reduce stringing and bubbling. It prints smoothly on both direct-drive and standard FDM machines, but because of its soft nature it’s recommended to use an external spool holder rather than multi-spool auto-switchers.
Typical applications include flexible phone cases, grippy RC tires, drone bumpers, flexible smartwatch bands, seals and gaskets, and anti-vibration mounts. Compatible with most common desktop printers (Creality, Prusa, Bambu Lab, AnkerMake and others) when tuned for flexible materials.
Pros
- Very durable, rubber-like 95A formulation
- Individual vacuum-sealed 200g spools with desiccant
- Neat winding and tight diameter tolerance to reduce tangles
Cons
- Hygroscopic — benefits from drying after air exposure
- May need printer tuning to eliminate stringing
- Not ideal for automatic multi-spool switching systems
VerdictA versatile beginner-friendly flexible filament bundle that delivers resilient, rubber-like prints and a useful color range in small 200g spools. The 95A formulation provides excellent shock absorption and strong layer bonding for functional parts like gaskets, grips, and tires. Spools arrive pre-dried and vacuum-sealed for storage convenience, and winding quality reduces tangles. Expect some tuni

Handy variety pack
Perfect for trying flexible filament without large spools. The four-color mini set I tested (clear, silver, black, white) arrived neatly sealed and wound. Once I dialed in settings, prints were flexible and reliable. 200g spools are a convenient size for experimenting.

First TPU run — pleasantly surprised
I was nervous trying TPU for the first time, but drying a spool in my dry box for seven hours then using a generic TPU profile worked great. No clogs, vibrant color, and it stuck to the bed without issues. Stayed soft and flexible after printing on my Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo with a Bowden setup. I’ll buy this brand again.

Good starter set with minor stringing
Nice starter selection for experimenting with TPU. Each spool arrived vacuum-sealed with a desiccant and wound carefully. I printed at 230°C nozzle and 30°C bed via OrcaSlicer; got moderate stringing out of the box. I expect some drying and tuning will reduce that.

Surprised a newbie
My friend warned me TPU was hard to print, but following the roll’s heat guide and printing slower (about 40% speed) produced acceptable results. Prints are squishy and retain detail, though feeding can be tricky without patience and calibration.

Smooth prints on direct drive
Used on a direct-drive extruder with standard TPU settings and it fed cleanly. No jams or feeder buckling, and prints came out flexible and consistent on the first try.

Exactly what I needed for gaskets
Printed watertight gaskets and anti-vibration feet for shop tools. Layer adhesion held up under pressure and the parts dampen shocks very well. Airtight and durable for workshop use.
