VIVO White Under-Desk 27 x 11 in Adjustable Keyboard Tray
Product description
Compact footprint and what’s in the box: The unit provides a 26.8" x 11" work surface that fits a keyboard and mouse. Included are the mounting bracket, fasteners and a paper template to help position the holes for installation. Assembly requires basic tools and some drilling into the underside of your desk.
Movement and adjustment: The mechanism lets the tray swing forward or back up to 8.6" and the articulated swing offers roughly 165° of travel. Height is adjustable between about 2.2" and 6.5" from the desktop using a 12-step locking ladder so both extension and height move together for consistent ergonomics.
Construction and capacity: The tray itself is finished in white and the slide and hinge assemblies are metal. The unit weighs about 9 lbs and is rated to support up to 11 lbs of keyboard, mouse and small accessories. The manufacturer recommends a minimum desktop thickness of 0.75" and specifies roughly 4" of clearance beneath the desk to accommodate the bracket and movement.
Usage notes: Designed to be mounted under a fixed or height-adjustable desk, the tray tucks away when not in use and can be set to multiple positions when deployed. Because of its swing design the back of the tray can hang lower than the front when tilted, so verify legroom and chair clearance before final mounting.

Decent function but quality control issue
Worked initially but after three days a small screw that secures the height adjustment bent and then snapped off on day five. I was able to straighten it briefly but it failed soon after.

Works with an ergo keyboard and hides completely
Compatible with an ergonomic keyboard and fits a desk with a lip. I mounted it fully under the desk to allow chair arms; it can be stiff to adjust at times but I won’t be moving it frequently, so it’s fine for my setup.

Consistent quality and solid adjustments
The unit arrived well packed, straightforward to assemble, and adjusts to a variety of heights. I thought it might be bulky, but the range of height and clearance options made it a near-perfect fit for my desk.

Assembles quickly and fits well under my desk
Mine assembled perfectly and the template helped position the holes so I could install it solo. The two halves aligned cleanly and the hinge mechanisms run smoothly. From opening the box to first use took me under 15 minutes.

Plateau excellent and very comfortable
This tray is solid, thoughtfully designed for handling, very stable and wide enough for a large keyboard plus a mouse. Although more costly, the comfort it provides justifies it. Photos show working position, lowest position, and folded state. Overall very satisfied.

Fine after tweaks but shows cost-saving choices
Works well on my sit/stand desk. The two-piece tray feels like a packaging-driven design and some materials seem lightweight. One latch would intermittently drop until I eased the bolt tension and it has stayed put since. Needs a little tuning but performs adequately.

Serviceable but could use cleaner finishing
Stable overall but there’s a sharp bottom edge and the side finishing is a little rough. Useful functionally, just could be finished better.

Interesting concept but several practical frustrations
Chose the swing design to avoid interference with support bars but experienced frequent pinching from the release levers and the lever caps popped off easily. There’s play in the bars that makes alignment uneven and releases hard to operate. Otherwise the frame is fairly sturdy.

Transformed my sit/stand workspace
This tray made a big difference for long work sessions at my height-adjustable desk. Installation was straightforward and the multiple positions make switching heights simple and effective.

Good design, great support after a part mix-up
The tray itself is well made and gives plenty of room for keyboard and mouse, improving desk ergonomics. It tucks away nicely and moves smoothly. I received two identical side pieces by mistake; customer service resolved it quickly and shipped the correct replacement, which saved the install.

Well-built, thoughtful template eases installation
Installation is a hassle with any under-desk mount, but the included template made pre-drilling easy. Parts fit together cleanly and the mechanisms feel sturdy. It tends to drop down as it moves, which can place it too low in some positions, but the overall build quality and attention to installation detail are impressive.

Moving hardware failed quickly for me
Bought in November 2023 and after about four months one hinge stop failed so the tray wobbled and sat a notch lower. No fix was found and I discarded it. Also had poor experiences with other sliding hardware from the same maker.

Sturdy, smooth adjustments but tilts lower than expected
First day using it — feels solid and looks clean. Height and front/back adjustments operate smoothly but require two hands. Assembly was straightforward; drilling the screw holes was the trickiest step. One detail: when fully retracted the tray can be tilted so the front sits about 2.25" below the desk but the rear can hang 7" or more lower, which caught me by surprise.
