This pack contains four JD1912 automotive relays designed for 12V DC systems. Each unit is a 4-pin, single-pole single-throw (SPST) normally open relay with a coil rated at 12V DC and a maximum switching current of 40A. The relays are intended to handle up to 27V DC on the switched side.
Inside, the moving contacts use an upgraded AgSnO2 silver alloy to improve conductivity and suppress arcing, which helps maintain reliable power delivery for high-draw loads. The construction is aimed at heavy-duty automotive use where repeated switching and minimal contact degradation are important.
Performance highlights include a fast operate time of 10 ms or less and a rated operating temperature window that spans from -40°F to 185°F.
