2K Solar-Powered Birdhouse Camera with Top Camera Compartment
Product description
Separate top-access camera bay—adjust the view without disturbing the nest: This birdhouse places the camera in a dedicated, top-opening compartment so you can access or realign the camera without opening the nesting chamber. That layout preserves usable interior space for birds and reduces disturbance to eggs or chicks.
2K HD with no-glow infrared night vision: The integrated camera records in 2K resolution and uses no-glow IR so there are no visible red lights inside the nesting box. That allows continuous daytime and nighttime monitoring while minimizing intrusiveness for nesting birds.
Solar power and battery: An 8W high-output solar panel is mounted to help sustain the internal 2800mAh rechargeable battery for extended outdoor operation. The system connects to home networks using 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi and can push motion alerts to your phone when activity is detected.
A bird-safe pine nesting box built for outdoor use: The housing is made from pine and comes with three interchangeable entrance panels to accommodate different species. The box also includes four drainage holes, ventilation slots, rust-resistant hardware and an internal ladder to help fledglings exit. It’s sized and styled for small cavity nesters such as bluebirds, chickadees, wrens and similar wild birds.
Flexible storage and alerts: Live viewing is included via the companion mobile app and the camera can save recordings to a local microSD card (supports 4GB–128GB, card not included) or to optional cloud storage. Note that the unit supports 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi networks only and sends smart alerts when motion is detected.

Bluebirds settled in right away
My second bluebird family just fledged and watching the whole cycle was wonderful. The pair chose this house over another I have. Installation was simple and the camera synced to my network without trouble.

Cloud service support was disappointing
I purchased cloud recording but the service never worked and attempts to reach support since April went unanswered. If you plan to rely on cloud backups, be cautious and verify support responsiveness first.

Great box, but camera software can be frustrating
The nesting box is lovely, but I had repeated microSD formatting errors and had to switch to cloud storage. The app sometimes signs me out, fails to download clips, and notification clips aren’t always available. Still, the birds have claimed the house and we’re eager to keep watching.

Nearly flawless with a few assembly quirks
I compared several options and chose this one. Some hinge screws arrived slightly misaligned but were fixable; the latch works fine. The interchangeable entrance plates are useful but may need pilot holes. Camera paired quickly and the app is straightforward. Customer support was responsive about minor defects.

Extend your Wi‑Fi for long yards
Good value and dependable once set up. Initial setup was a bit fiddly and the app can be glitchy, but adding an outdoor Wi‑Fi extender fixed signal issues for my house 150 feet from the router, and video then streamed smoothly to both iOS and Android devices.

Quickly became a favorite in our garden
Birds started visiting within days of mounting it. The unit is attractive and well made, and neighbors have already asked about it. We’re excited to watch eggs hatch through the camera — the solar panel keeps the battery topped up and the live feed is a joy to share.

Solid construction and reliable connection
I love the pine aroma and sturdy build. It hung easily and the rooftop camera kept a steady Wi‑Fi link even in bitter Montana cold. I shared the live feed with family; the birds haven’t nested yet because of extreme winter weather, but setup and connection have been flawless so far.

A thoughtful gift for nature lovers
I bought this for someone who loves wildlife and it’s exactly what we wanted: solid pine construction, solar power, a clean app experience and 2K day/night video. Motion alerts and the live feed make it easy to capture nesting behavior to enjoy and learn from.
