Extra Strength Lavender Tan Nasal Strips — 26 Count (Nasal Strips)
Product description
What’s included: one box containing 26 tan, extra strength nasal strips. Each strip is fabric-backed and scented with a scratch-to-release lavender aroma.
Materials and design: the strips use flexible, spring-like bands embedded in a soft fabric backing to lift and widen nasal passages. The extra strength variant features bands that are manufactured to provide about 50% more lifting force than the original-strength version, intended to create greater nasal opening. The visible strip is tan to blend with skin tones; there is also a clear version, but fabric strips are designed for stronger adhesion.
How to use: cleanse and dry the area around your nose before applying. Position the strip across the bridge of the nose, press firmly for the suggested initial setting period (manufacturers recommend holding it down briefly to secure adhesion), and wear through the night as needed. To release the lavender scent, scratch the indicated area on the strip before applying. These strips are drug-free and work mechanically, so they don’t interact with medications like oral or topical decongestants.
Pros
- Noticeably increases nasal airflow
- Drug-free mechanical relief
- Lavender scent option and fabric adhesive
Cons
- Adhesion can vary by skin type
- May pull sensitive skin on removal
- Scent is faint unless scratched
VerdictThese lavender-scented extra strength nasal strips deliver noticeable nasal opening for many users. The reinforced flexible bands increase airflow and can reduce snoring caused by nasal congestion. Adhesive performance and skin sensitivity vary by person, and scent intensity is mild unless scratched.

Disappointing hold and scent
You need to scratch the strip hard to notice the lavender. Adhesive performance fell short for me and they made my nose itchy. Not impressed overall.

Stopped his snoring
My husband uses these and they eliminated his snoring entirely. Simple and effective for him.

Unconventional fix — works on mouth
Heavy snorer here: the strips reduced snoring a few nights, then results faded. On a whim I applied one over my lips to keep my mouth closed and that stopped snoring completely. It was uncomfortable to remove at dawn but warm water did the trick. Not a conventional use, but effective for me.

Helps where sprays fail
These strips are the only non-medicated aid that lets me breathe through my sinuses at night. I have a deviated septum and nasal sprays became problematic. Follow the steps to apply and press firmly when setting the strip. I use the larger extra strength size because of my nose width — they do the job without drug side effects.

Strong adhesion despite low scent
Hardly any fragrance, but they cling very well to the nose.

Fabric lavender ones stick well
The clear strips didn’t adhere to my skin, but the lavender fabric type clings reliably and releases a faint sweet lavender when scratched. I wear them most nights for chronic congestion. They’re simple to use, stay put overnight, and are easy to carry.

Relaxing and effective
Mild but pleasant lavender aroma. They widen the nostrils and the scent is calming without being overpowering.

Looks odd but lets me breathe
I couldn’t breathe through my nose at night until I tried these. They provided immediate relief and stayed on if my face was clean and dry. The tan fabric sticks far better than the clear version. I even wore one during the day because breathing felt so much better.

Reliable longtime choice
I've used these strips for years and keep coming back. I tried many alternatives hoping for a comparable product at lower cost, but none matched the lift and night's sleep these give. I prefer the lavender fabric version with the 50% stronger bands. If you have thin or sensitive skin, removal can tug; I protect delicate spots with a tissue before applying and always clean my nose first.

Works inconsistently
TL;DR: Sometimes they quiet my snoring and stop morning nasal drip, but not every night. The lavender is pleasant and adhesive quality is solid, though effectiveness can vary night to night. I tried samples and had a strong first-night improvement, then mixed results afterward.
